Welcome to My Cool Designer Agency! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, products, and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer a variety of digital and tech solutions, including:

• Website Design & Development (Brizy Cloud, WordPress, Custom CMS)

• Business Development & Consulting

• Graphic Design & Branding

• E-commerce Store Setup & Managed Hosting

• Lead Generation & Digital Marketing (Facebook Ads, Email Marketing, SEO)

• Appointment Booking & Automation

• Digital Business Cards & QR Code Solutions

Each service may have its own specific pricing, terms, and conditions, which will be provided in a separate agreement or invoice.

2. Payment & Subscription Terms

• One-Time Services: Payment is due upfront or based on a milestone agreement.

• Recurring Services (Hosting, Marketing, Lead Generation, Website Rental, etc.): Billed monthly or annually.

• Custom Projects: A detailed scope and pricing plan will be agreed upon before work begins.

? No refunds on completed digital services, except for cases where we fail to deliver as per the agreed scope.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all required content (text, images, videos, etc.) in a timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with laws related to your industry and business.

• Maintain the security of your account credentials and business data.

4. Intellectual Property & Licensing

• Websites, designs, and digital assets remain our property until full payment is received.

• For website rental clients, the website is leased, and access is revoked if payments are not maintained.

• Custom development work may be licensed or transferred to the client based on the contract terms.

5. Lead Generation & Ad Services

• We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, as results depend on various factors (industry, competition, ad budget, etc.).

• Ad spend must be pre-funded by the client. We charge separately for ad management and optimization.

• Leads are exclusive to the client unless otherwise stated.

6. Hosting & Managed Services

• We offer secure cloud hosting with regular updates and security patches.

• Downtime due to third-party providers (Brizy Cloud, AWS, etc.) is beyond our control.

• Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or deletion of the hosted website.

7. Termination & Cancellation

• Clients may cancel services with 30 days’ notice for recurring plans.

• We may terminate services for non-payment, violation of terms, or illegal activities.

• No refunds are given for work already completed.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

• We are not responsible for business losses resulting from website downtime, ad performance, or client misuse of services.

• Clients must ensure their business complies with legal and regulatory requirements.

• We do not guarantee first-page rankings on Google or a specific ROI on ad spend.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Palestine/West Bank]. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Palestinian Territories.
